Customer Service Rep - Inbound Calls


Spanish Fork, Utah


Part-Time 12 pm (noon)- 5 pm  Monday – Friday, never to exceed 28 hours per week.

General Description:

Represent the organization to our customers.  Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls in order to resolve customer inquiries.              

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls which pertain to placing an order, answer questions regarding products, and resolve all customer concerns in a positive professional manner.   Punctuality is a must!
  • Place outbound calls to assist customer to place an order, resolving any issues with an existing order in a positive professional manner.  
  • Enter customer orders, customer information, and notes pertaining to customer calls into ordering system. 
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Research required information for customer resolution using available resources.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints through phone, Live Chat and/or email in a professional manner. 
  • Act as a team player to all the other organizational functions.
  • Occasional travel to customer events.


  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
  • Spanish Speaking Skills Preferred.
  • Prior Experience with NetSuite, Magento preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be on time daily, high attention to detail.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25-50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of Company Product Lines a plus.
